UPDATE: At approximately 0100 A.M., the missing adult was located by Officers in the Downtown area he was safe and returned to his home
Rumaldo Herrera Madrid an 88 year old male Hispanic suffering from dementia walked away from his family home this afternoon. He took his prescribed medication this morning prior to leaving the house.
