McNairy county officials say missing 9-month-old, Chloe White, was found by deputies Saturday morning.
An order of protection was issued to remove the child from the mother.
Deputies say the mother and baby were last seen leaving the Care Center in Jackson Friday night.
Sheriff Guy Buck says the baby was found in McNairy county, and is now safe in state custody.
