ENDANGERED #MISSING: Rick Bowlin, 57 - Pocatello, IDAHO (Concern for well-being - has history of brain aneurysms - may be driving a red 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a dent in driver's side rear door plate 1BP8059)

The family of a 57-year-old man who went missing Monday is concerned about his mental status and believe his bizarre behavior might indicate that he is in imminent danger.
Rick Bowlin was last seen Monday morning when he left his daughter's home on Hawthorne Road. His daughter, Rochelle Heritage, said for the past two weeks her father has been confused, hallucinating, paranoid and hearing voices.
"Two weeks ago he was perfectly healthy. Perfectly normal," Heritage said. "We think he might have a blood clot in his brain, but we could not get him to go to the doctor."
Heritage said there a history of brain aneurysms in her father's family.
"Several of them died from aneurysms," Heritage said.
Bowlin did see a doctor last week because he believed that a relative had poisoned him.
Heritage said at that visit his blood pressure was elevated and his face was red. But he would not consent to further testing.
Heritage said her father lives with his mother on Saturn Street in Chubbuck. Bowlin has never used drugs and has no history of mental illness.
"He rarely leaves the house except to run errands for my grandmother and he only visits family and he has just one friend," Heritage said.
The friend has been out-of-state for the past month and has had no contact with Bowlin.
Heritage said her father had been talking about going to California or Washington.                "He believes that his imaginary girlfriend lives in Washington," Heritage said.
Heritage, the oldest of three children, said the family reported Bowlin missing to the Bannock County Sheriff's Office and has posted flyers in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area hoping that someone may have seen their father.
"The officer took the report and said they would let us know if they located him," Heritage said.
Bannock County Detective Mark Ballard said officers checked areas where the family reported that Bowlin was likely to go, including Toponce Creek.
Ballard said Bowlin's medical condition makes finding him a priority and an all-points lookout was also issued for Bowlin's car.
"If an officer in another state sees him, they'll know that he's a missing person," Ballard said. "We'll keep checking with the family."
Bowlin is 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
He is unshaven and has sandy blond hair and hazel green eyes.
He may be driving a red, four-door 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass with a dent in the driver's-side rear door. The license plate number is 1B P8059.

Anyone who has seen Bowlin is urged to contact the Bannock County Sheriff's Office at (208) 236-7114.
