The Idaho Falls Police Department is asking for your help in locating June N. Oksendahl, 81, who walked away from Lily and Syringa Assisted Living late Sunday night.
Oksendahl is described as 5'5", 150 lbs., grey hair and blue eyes.
Police were notified around 11:10 p.m. that Oksendahl walked away from the assisted living center, located at 850 First St., around 10:30 p.m. She was wearing a white nightgown/robe with flowers on it.
The police department is concerned about her welfare. Oksendahl has dementia and poor eyesight. Oksendahl is social and not hesitant to ask for rides.
If anyone sees her or knows her whereabouts, please contact the IFPD immediately at 529-1200.
