Detectives from the Montgomery County Police's 2nd District Investigative Section are concerned for the welfare of a missing Kensington man.
Eugene Randolph Brisco, age 59, was last seen at his residence around 11 am on May 29th. A silver alert was issued based on Brisco's medical conditions. Brisco is driving a 2007 Nissan Quest van, red in color, MD Tag 53467ca. Brisco's van was last observed in the area of the Fort McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore around 6:50pm on May 29th.
Brisco is described as a black, male, age 59, approximately 6'0″ in height and weighing approximately 190 lbs.
