Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department- 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man from Germantown.
Maurice Darnell Munford, Jr., age 22, of the 13800 block of Bailiwick Terrace in Germantown, was last seen in the area of Lakeforest Mall (701 Russell Avenue in Gaithersburg) on May 15 at approximately 2:00 p.m.
Mr. Munford is described as a black male, approximately 5' 09" tall, and weighing 135 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a turquoise hat and turquoise sweatshirt.
Family and police are concerned for Mr. Munford's emotional well-being.
Anyone with information regarding Maurice Munford's whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Department at 301-279-8000 (24 hour line).
