The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered Lexington man, Jeffrey Lynn Thompson.
Thompson, 38, is a white male, 5 feet 8 inches weighing 135 pounds. He has short blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans and a hooded sweatshirt/jacket in the 400 block of National Boulevard.
He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Thompson should call D. Shuler at the Lexington Police Department at 243-3302.
