A 76-year-old Manhattan man has gone missing, the New York City Police Department announced on Thursday morning.
Mark Kogan was last seen leaving his residence on 755 10th Ave. in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood in Manhattan at around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Sergeant Lee Jones, a police spokesman.
He is 5'7", weighs 185 pounds and has brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a black trench coat, black jeans, a blue baseball cap and black sneakers. He is said to have medical issues.
Kogan is the second person as well as the second elderly person to have gone missing this week. Angelo Pagan, 74, a Hispanic man who has dementia, was declared missing on Monday afternoon after leaving his residence on 3530 Rochambeau Ave. in the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx to take a walk. He returned home safely on Tuesday morning, according to police sources.
