Circumstance: Chad is a young father and was working at a carnival at the State Fair to help earn money. In the beginning of Sept. he decided to travel with the group for a job and left Illinois. During his travels/work he always called or or texted his family and always asks to talk with his son. He has never missed a day of communications. The last anyone has heard from him was on December 20, 2013. He could be anywhere in the USA as his last work assignment. His family is very worried and ask that anyone who has seen him, or has information, to please contact authorities.
