State police in Carlisle reported that 54-year-old Martha Sue Graham was found safely on Sunday afternoon.
Previously reported: Police are searching for a missing, endangered woman who walked away from a mental health facility and hasn't returned.
Officials are looking for 54-year-old Martha Sue Graham, who walked away from the Keystone Mental Health Facility in the 200 block of Old State Road in Gardners, Cumberland County at around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Graham was headed to a local country store, but the owner of the store never saw her. She is allowed to leave the facility, but according to officials she has always returned in the past.
Authorities said Graham goes by her middle name, Sue.
She is 5'7" tall, approximately 150 lbs., with blue eyes and short dirty blonde hair.
