Police are looking for a man reported missing after he left Munson Behavioral Health Services to have a cigarette and did not return.
Jeremy Zerbe, 35, was last seen around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25. His family reported him missing Wednesday night.
He left behind his wallet, which was found outside. He does not have a cell phone.
Zerbe is 6-foot-2, 230 pounds. He was wearing a gray plaid coat and black pants.
His family said in a statement released by police: "We desperately need your help."
