State Police are looking for a Renick area woman who has not been seen or heard from since the end of February.

Dee Ann Keene, 43, was reported missing by a family member Wednesday, but according to Sgt. W.A. Pendleton of the Lewisburg detachment of the West Virginia State Police, the woman was last heard from on Feb. 28.

Keene's last known whereabouts was on Leonard Long Road in Renick. She is described as a white 5-foot-5 female, weighing approximately 115 pounds.

"It was not her home she was last seen at," Pendleton said. "And we cannot place her back at her house or any other family or friend's house after Feb. 28. We're labeling her disappearance as very suspicious," Pendleton said.

He encouraged anyone who has information about Keene's location or the circumstances surrounding her disappearance to contact the State Police in Lewisburg at 304-647-7600. Cpl. H.F. Blevins is leading the investigation.
