Police are searching for a missing 64-year-old man who checked himself out of his health care center.
Ronald Thompson was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 28 leaving an Uptown health care center in the 1400 block of General Taylor Street.

At about 3 p.m., a nurse checked on Thompson and discovered that he was not in his room or in the facility at all. Thompson checked himself out around 11:40 a.m., even though he is not allowed to leave.
The nurse advised said that Thompson suffers from a medical condition and is in need of his medication.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ronald Thomson is asked to call 821-2222.
