Located Safe: Fransisco Reyes-Ochoa, 74 - Texas

A man who went missing over the weekend was found and is said to be unharmed. Francisco Reyes-Ochoa, 74, was found in Juarez the day after he went missing. The El Paso Police Department Crimes Against Persons Unit on Saturday asked for the public's help in finding him. A family member of Reyes-Ochoa picked him from a Juarez Police Station. Reyes-Ochoa suffers from Alzheimers disease and dementia, and left his northeast home without medication at home. He crossed back into the U.S. with the help of his family member. Officers of the police department and U.S. Customs and Border Protection met with Reyes-Ochoa at the Bridge of the Americas where they discovered he was healthy and unharmed, according to police. EPPD stated in its release they were thankful to everyone involved for their help, which led to Reyes-Ochoa's safe return.
