Located Safe: Charles Gillette, 62 - Georgia

A Cumming man missing since Nov. 25 has contacted a family member.

Charles Gillette, 62, left his west Forsyth County home and apparently took a taxi to a Fulton County bus station, last seeing his wife that Monday morning.

Five days later, his family had filed a missing persons report with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and took to Facebook to distribute his photo and ask for the public's for help in locating Gillette.

"The Gillette family would like to thank all that have shared the information regarding Charles Gillette," friend Karen Foster of New Hampshire posted this morning on Cumming Patch's Facebook page. "He has contacted a family member. Thank you all for sharing the information, the kind words and the prayers!!!"

The reasons surrounding Gillette's disappearance are unclear.
