Police are looking for a 16-year-old boy who was reported missing Saturday afternoon.
Austin Powell was last seen at 3 p.m. Saturday at 4001 W 72nd St. S in Muskogee. He was wearing a white T-shirt, black hoodie and white DC shoes.
Powell has been diagnosed with medical needs, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder and mild mental retardation, Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said. He is known to be emotionally endangered, particularly when off his medication, officials said.
Anyone with information about Powell should call 911.
