Surprise police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing girl who has a diminished mental capacity.
Shortly after midnight Monday, 19-year-old Katie Anne Stull left the 12700 block of North 148th Drive in Surprise and ran in a northwesterly direction

, officers said.Police said they believe that Stull may be trying to get to a family member's home in the 10200 block of North 52nd Drive in Glendale.
