VULNERABLE #MISSING: Katie Anne Stull, 19 - Surprise, ARIZONA (diminished mental capacity - has gone missing before) #arizona

Surprise police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing girl who has a diminished mental capacity.
Shortly after midnight Monday, 19-year-old Katie Anne Stull left the 12700 block of North 148th Drive in Surprise and ran in a northwesterly direction, officers said.
Police said they believe that Stull may be trying to get to a family member's home in the 10200 block of North 52nd Drive in Glendale.
She is described as 5'4" tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has a slender build with brown hair and brown eyes.
 Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Surprise Police Department at 623-222-4000.
