Deputies responded to a private residence located at 2297 Monaco Lane in Clearwater after he was reported missing.

Why/How:
According to deputies, 76-year-old Edward P. Flaherty was reported missing by his wife at about 9:38 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2014. Flaherty's wife told deputies they had an argument and that Mr. Flaherty left in their vehicle, a 2010 brown Buick Enclave, Florida license plate HGZ9B.
According to deputies, 76-year-old Edward P. Flaherty was reported missing by his wife at about 9:38 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2014. Flaherty's wife told deputies they had an argument and that Mr. Flaherty left in their vehicle, a 2010 brown Buick Enclave, Florida license plate HGZ9B.
Deputies say Mr. Flaherty may be endangered as he does not have the medications that he needs to treat a brain injury he sustained over 20 years ago.
Mr. Flaherty is 5'9″ tall, and weighs about 250lbs. He wears glasses. At this time his clothing description is unknown.
Mr. Flaherty has been entered into NCIC and FCIC database and a Silver Alert has been issued.
Deputies are asking the public for their assistance to locate him; and ask that anyone with information on his whereabout report it immediately to their local law enforcement.
