The body of a man found in Lady Bird Lake Monday morning has been identified as a St. Edwards University student missing since Feb. 7. Eleno Efren Valle, 20, was last seen on Thursday Feb. 6 leaving the Casa student dormitory in South Austin. He was reported missing by his family the next day. At the time, police said they did not suspect foul play -- and his family said he had been off his anti-depressant medication. Valle's body was found floating in the water at Cesar Chavez Street and Lavaca Street at around 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Police say his body may have been in the water for at least a week. Police are investigating the incident as a possible suicide.
