Quakertown police are attempting to locate Adolph Cox, 90, of Bridgeton, who was last seen helping admit his wife to the Belle Haven Nursing Home on Mill Road about 4 p.m. Thursday.
Police said he was walking out to his car to retrieve some of his wife's belongings, but never returned, according to police.
He drives a gray, 2004 Mercury Mountaineer, with the license plate DXW-5056, police said. He did not return home, police said.
Cox has suffered strokes and takes blood thinners, police said. He can become forgetful and gets lost easily, according to a post on the Quakertown police Facebook page.
Police are asking anyone who has seen Cox or his vehicle to contact them at 215-536-5002 or police dispatch at 215-795-2931.
