Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man who has mental disabilities.
Police say Fredricks is learning impaired and is autistic with of Asperger's syndrome, although he is verbal and functional.
Police say 20-year-old Kelli Glenn Fredricks was reported missing from Leoma, Tenn., on Dec. 3. He was last seen in downtown Florence on that date.
Police have posted a photo of Fredricks but say he currently has a full beard and mustache. He is 5'11" and 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing brown pants with blue and white tassels, a gray hoodie, brown rubber boots and a black Gander Mountain hat.
