URGENT #MISSING: Colleen Elizabeth Gehrmann, 43 - Raleigh, NORTH CAROLINA (DEMENTIA OR OTHER COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT)

Raleigh police were searching early Wednesday for a 43-year-old woman who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Colleen Elizabeth Gehrmann at about 5:20 a.m. after she went missing from a home in the 3000 block of Falstaff Road.

Gehrmann is white, stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes, police said.

She has a butterfly tattoo on her back left shoulder and a cross tattoo on her right hand between her thumb and index finger. Authorities said Gehrmann might be wearing blue jeans.
