New Orleans police are seeking 18-year-old Shirnell Bingham, who was last seen on Sunday (Dec. 15) at her residence in the 1500 block of Clouet Street.
Bingham's mother has become increasingly concerned of her daughter's whereabouts, police said in a news release. Bingham was supposed to be going to a second line parade in the 9th Ward when she left home, police said. Her family has not seen or heard from her since.
Bingham is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds. Bingham was last seen wearing a red and plaid long sleeve shirt, grey jeans, and red and white tennis shoes. She also has a multi-color twist hairstyle.
