Vehicle located. Mr. Cobbins is still missing.
Kansas City Police are asking for help in locating a missing man.
Ryan Cobbins, 25, was last seen Oct. 24, near 27 th and Benton. He was driving an orange Camaro with black stripes, with Missouri license plate SD3-H3E.
