Medical Needs Missing: Carlos Orellana Moya,49 - Waltham, MA

Please see above bulletin regarding Carlos Orellana-Moya. He has gone missing before and has medical issues that make him at risk. He has been found in different cities before and uses public transportation.

He has been missing since Saturday.

Please call us at 781-314-3600 if you think you see him, or 911.

LostNMissing asks that you also keep him in your sight and if possible try to discreetly take a photo of the area/surroundings to aid in the positive identification and his "next last known location." Thank you.
