Police are asking for your help in finding a man with a traumatic brain injury who disappeared from a relatives' home in Glendale.
Alfred Smith, 57, was last seen about 5 a.m. in the 5500 block of West Belmont Avenue.
Glendale police said Smith is from out of state and came to stay at his relatives Thursday night. He takes medication for seizures and cancer. He left without identification, phone, money or shoes and is unfamiliar with the area.
He's described a 5'5'' tall and 130 pounds, with a thin build. He has short, curly gray hair and a thin gray beard. He walks with a limp and has multiple scars on his head from his brain injury.
When he walked off on Friday morning he was wearing a plain white T-shirt, blue jean shorts and beige colored socks with no shoes.
Smith responds to the nickname "Junior" and likes to smoke cigarettes. Police and family members believe he may be around parks or businesses picking up cigarette butts.
Anyone with information is asked to call Glendale police at 623-930-3000.
