A statewide Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a Shelby County, Ohio man who may be in need of his medication.
Police say that 78-year-old James Cole was last seen on Sunday afternoon at his residence on Brookburn Street is Sidney, Ohio.
Authorities say that Cole was last seen on foot at his residence but it is believed that he got into a car with an unknown person. Officers say that the behavior is highly unlikely for Cole.
Cole has been described as six feet tall and weighing approximately 192 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.
Officers say Cole may be in need of his medication.
Anyone with information on Cole's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
