URGENT #MISSING: David C. Wingate, 34 - West Palm Beach, FLORIDA (MEDICAL NEED)

Police are looking for your help in locating 34-year-old David C. Wingate.

Wingate is 5' 6" tall, weighs 170 lbs., has a shaved head with brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black gym shorts and a tan hat.

He went missing from the 1000 block of Summit Place Circle in West Palm Beach.

Wingate suffers from medical issues and substance abuse.

He may be traveling to Georgia or Delaware by Greyhound bus.

He was last seen at 1pm on Saturday, October 5, 2013.
