#MISSING: William Darden, 53 - Fayetteville, NORTH CAROLINA (MISSING SINCE DECEMBER 12, 2012 - GOES BY "SHORTY")

Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department on Friday renewed their request for the public’s help in finding a man who has been missing since last year.

William Darden was originally reported missing on Dec. 12, 2012, by his family. Darden’s family last saw him on Dec. 2, 2012.

Darden, 53, goes by the nickname “Shorty” and was known to frequent downtown near the bus station and the B street area. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall, left-handed, has a scar on his forehead and a deformed right pinky finger.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Darden should contact the Fayetteville Police Department at 919-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
