A 20-year-old Illinois woman vanished from a Ballwin treatment facility earlier this week and is believed to be a danger to herself.
According to the St. Louis County Police Department, Sarah Croak was last seen September 25 around 9 p.m. at the Castlewood Treatment Center on St. Paul Road. She's believed to have left the facility between then and 8 a.m. the following day.
Croak, originally from Chatham, Illinois, is described as a Caucasian woman, 5'7" tall, 125 pounds and thin, with green eyes. She has long, black curly hair with a blonde patch on her bangs.
Anyone with information on Croak's whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 314-615-0700.
