AT-RISK #MISSING: Mark Graber, 52 - San Marcos, CALIFORNIA (MEDICAL NEEDS)

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is searching for a missing at-risk man in San Marcos.

Mark Graber, 52, was last seen at Palomar Medical Center's Intensive Outpatient Services near Vallecitos de Oro and Armorlite Drive at about 1:30 p.m. Friday. He walked out of the clinic and had not been seen since.

Graber is described as a white male who is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown hair and is clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a navy blue checkered shirt, green shorts and black shoes. He had no wallet or money with him.

Authorities said Graber has medical issues which puts him at risk. It is unclear what his medical condition is or why he walked away.

The department's Search and Rescue team is setting up a command post at Mission Sports Park at 955 Bailey Ct. in San Marcos.

Anyone with any information on Graber's whereabouts, is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (858) 565-5200 or Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477.
