A silver alert has been issued for a missing Hartford man who has been missing since around 9 am Friday morning.
Ramon L. Ruiz, 48, was last seen at that time in the area of 394 Garden Street in Hartford.
He is described as Hispanic with black/gray hair and brown eyes. Ruiz is listed at 5-7, 240 pounds, and has a tattoo of a dragon on his right arm and a ram on his upper left arm.
Ruiz has a history of depression and panic attacks and is currently taking medication for it.
Police said he made a comment to his daughter that "nobody is going to see him again." They say Ruiz may be a danger to himself but not to others.
