SILVER ALERT: James Rulon Allred, 65 - La Plata, NEW MEXICO (LAST SEEN IN PECOS TEXAS - MEDICAL NEEDS)

Officials have issued a Silver Alert for James Rulon Allred, who has been missing since August 15th.
    
Allred was last seen in Pecos Texas on his way home to La Plata, New Mexico.
    
Allred has medical needs, aged 65 and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
