MISSING: Caroline Karimi, 18 - Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA (SCHEDULED TO FLY OUT TO BOSTON 8-1)
The family of missing a West Los Angeles woman is reaching out to the media on Wednesday in hopes of locating Caroline Karimi.
Karimi, 18, was last seen by her family around 7 a.m. on Monday at her residence in the 2900 block of Queensbury Street.
Karimi is currently a volunteer at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center and did not show up for work today, which is highly unusual. Karimi has not been seen or heard from since, and has never gone missing before. Her family is extremely concerned for her safety.
Karimi’s family told detectives that she is scheduled to board an American Airlines flight tomorrow at 7:20 am from LAX enroute to Boston, Massachusetts, for a family gathering.
Karimi is described as an 18-year-old White female with brown hair and green eyes. She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. She has a thin build and fair complexion. Karimi was last seen wearing a dark-blue hospital shirt, white pants and orange and blue shoes. Karimi was driving a 1997 green Toyota Prius with California license plate # 5YVV475.
