A Hillsboro teenager who ran away from her group home on Friday was located Sunday, according to the police department.
Lt. Mike Rouches, a Hillsboro police spokesman, said 17-year-old Anna Victoria Benavidez is back home and safe. She ran away about 2:30 a.m. on Friday.
Police were concerned because Benavidez suffers from diabetes and takes a daily insulin shot.
