Developmental Challenged Woman missing - Debra Ingram - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Milwaukee police are asking the public for help in finding a developmentally disabled woman reported missing by her family.

Debra A. Chambers, also known as Debra A. Ingram, was last seen by relatives between 1:30 a.m. and 1:45 a.m., Friday at her home in the 3800 block of N. 26th St.

She is described as black, five feet, two inches tall and weighing 275 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.

She also walks with a limp and has missing fingers on her right hand, according to police.

Anyone who has seen her or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department's Sensitive Crimes Division at (414) 935-7401.
