Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing senior who was last seen June 6.
According to the West Chester Police Department, 85-year-old Franklin Young was last seen at his home in the 600 block of North High Street. Police said Young receives assistance from the Department of Aging for dementia issues and warned that he often becomes “very disoriented.”
Police said Young requires medication to treat his dementia. He drives a 1996 green Ford Explorer with Pennsylvania registration DHL-8471, but at times cannot remember where it is located.
Young has also been added to the National Missing Person database as a missing and endangered person.
Investigators ask anyone who sees or locates this missing person to call West Chester police at 610-696-2700.
