MARYLAND: The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance in finding a woman who went missing Wednesday afternoon.
Teresa Lynn Cole Lentz, 49, was last seen by family members around noon as she left her Bartonsville Road home to run errands. Her husband last spoke to her by phone at about 1:30 p.m., according to a sheriff's office news release.
Lentz's vehicle, a blue 2005 Ford Expedition, was found parked along Reels Mill Road at about 9:45 p.m. Personal items, including her cell phone and keys, were found inside the vehicle, the release states.
Lentz's daughter found the vehicle and then reported her missing
Deputies and Maryland State Police troopers searched the area throughout the night.
Lentz is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds with shoulder length brown hair and glasses.
The vehicle has white lettering that reads "Mountaintop Electric, Residential Light, Commercial and Service Upgrades, 240-285-8795, 301-663-3067."
Anyone who saw Lentz or her vehicle or has additional information is asked to call 301-600-1046.
