Police say 15-year-old Jazmine Rivera was last seen getting ready for school at her home in the 2000-block of North Newland Avenue.

Police said 15-year-old Jazmine Rivera was last seen getting ready for school at her home in the 2000-block of North Newland Avenue. Jazmine is involved in the ROTC program at her high school.
