Police are asking for help finding a woman who walked out of her Northwest Side home Wednesday and didn't return.
―>Claudia Munoz, 38, takes medication and may have had a reaction, according to a missing person release from the Chicago Police Department.
―>She left her home in the 2700 block of North Mason Avenue in a white jacket with blue sleeves, blue jeans and gym shoes.
―>She's 5-foot-7, 160 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. She has a dime-size light brown spot over her upper right lip, police said. She may be carrying a black backpack.
Police are asking anyone who may have information about Munoz to call Area North detectives at (312) 744-8266.
