VULNERABLE MISSING WOMAN: Christina Marie Cox, 20 - Pocatello, IDAHO (developmental maturity level at 7 year old - may be in the company of a 35 year old man - black 1995 Toyota pickup w/camper shell and NM plate # LMR 633)

Pocatello Police are attempting to locate a missing woman who hasn't been seen since Monday.  According to her legal guardian, Christina Marie Cox is a developmentally delayed adult who functions at the level of a 7-year-old child. 
She is described as being 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and glasses.
Police said she never made it to a scheduled class Monday and has not returned home.  They say she may be in the company of a 35-year-old man named James Harrell, who had indicated he might be leaving Pocatello to travel to Portland, Ore.  
Police are looking for a black 1995 Toyota pickup with a camper shell and New Mexico license plate LMR 633.

Phone records show numerous communications between Cox and Harrell until both of their phones were turned off at around 2:30 am Monday.
