Other: Last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and sneakers. Normally wears a beard and glasses, however, upon missing he did not have either.

Circumstance: Matthew left a court appearance and has gone missing. His wife and children are extremely worried as they do not believe he would have just taken off.
Verizon Wireless has confirmed that four calls were placed from Lein’s cell phone the evening of July 22, but there has been no activity since then; they tried to ping his phone, but were unable to because it appears to be off.
He used his credit card after his court appearance on July 23 at the Ninety Nine Restaurant on West Boylston Street where he purchased a steak, two beers, and left a $20 tip. He then made a purchase at a local liquor store, his last known activity. No phone activity or other bank activities have occured since. He loves to hike.
Matthew used to work at Ralph’s Rock Diner and according to family still has connections there. If he’s spotted, people are urged to contact the Worcester Police Department at 508-799-8606
