CEDAR HILLS, Utah (ABC 4 News) - An 11-year-old boy who walked away from a Provo youth facility on Sunday was found safe inside a Cedar Hills Walmart store on Wednesday.Police say Sebastian West, of Payson ran away from a facility in Provo at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, and was last seen in Pleasant Grove in the company of a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. According to police, West was identified by a TV viewer who recognized him from news reports.
