PORTSMOUTH -- A mother of three has been missing for two months, and her family is pleading for help.
43-year old Kathryn "Bene" Griffin was last seen January 7 while on her bicycle, leaving work at Perry's Cutz, a barber shop at 3521 Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth.
Griffin has three children. William Perry is the father of two of the children and he worked alongside of Griffin at the barber shop.
"Every day I wake up from A to Z hoping for the best and trying not to think of the worst until she's found," said Perry.
He has posted flyers with her picture on it and loved ones are spreading the word online.
Griffin's mother told 13News she's not giving up hope but is very worried. She said the children are understandably missing their mother.
"He said 'I really miss my mommy. I really miss my mommy' and we do. We do," Linda Archie said.
Archie said disappearing is not her daughter's style.
"This is something she wouldn't have done. She wouldn't have done this."
Detectives say there's no evidence to suggest Griffin is or isn't in any danger.
