Circumstance: Jessica Suarez went for a run along the lakefront early in the morning of Thursday, Feb. 25 and that was when she disappeared shortly after entering the bird trail on surveillance cameras. It is not known if she exited. She also had her phone with her but it goes straight to voicemail. Her 2000 Honda Civic was located parked at Foster Beach near West Ridge, by her run. Jessica volunteered at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and was studying physical therapy at Harold Washington College.
