[Medical Needs Missing: Modesto Rodriguez, 88 - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Dementia)]
He was last seen on Thursday at his residence in the 2500 block of North 6th Street.
Rodriguez is described as 5 feet 8 inches, 125 pounds, with long ear lopes and hair. He was last seen wearing a tan Jeff cap, two-tone blue jacket, black socks and brown slides.
Police said Rodriguez has no teeth and suffers from Dementia. He also speaks both English and Spanish.
