URGENT #MISSING: Sharyn Marie McDonnell, 67 - Independence Township, MICHIGAN (Dementia - may have become disoriented)

Friends and family members are conducting a search for the 67-year-old Independence Township woman reported missing since Feb. 1.
Melanie Rose McDonnell said they planned to hold a meeting at noon Saturday at Bay Court Park on Andersonville Road in Clarkston to start looking for her missing mother Sharyn Marie McDonnell.
"Basically we feel like she has passed on," McDonnell said. "Now we are just looking for her body."
The daughter said she believed there is some 'foul play' into her disappearance and she told the police about that as well.
"My mom would never go a day without calling me let alone six days," she said.

Capt. Doug Molinar with the Oakland County Sheriff's Department said that earlier in the week, the Sheriff's Aviation Unit, a tracking dog and deputies on foot patrol combed the area around McDonnell's Tuson Boulevard apartment, but could not find her.
"We're hoping for tips from friends or anyone relating to her whereabouts," said Molinar, "but as of today, the investigation is still open."
McDonnell was last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday by her boyfriend, who reported her missing the next day. The 67-year-old has dementia and may have wandered away from the apartment and become disoriented, according to a statement from the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies talked to neighbors but none saw McDonnell over the weekend.
McDonnell may have been wearing a dark-colored coat. She is 5 feet tall, weighs around 121 pounds and has blue eyes and blond hair.
Anyone with information on McDonnell's whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's office at 248-858-4951.
