MEDICAL NEEDS #MISSING: Moises Torres, 80 - Perth Amboy, NEW JERSEY (Dementia - reward offered)

The family of an 80-year-old man who has not been since Sunday has offered a reward for information leading to his safe return, mycentraljersey.com reported. 

The amount of the reward has not been specified.
Moises Torres, who suffers from dementia, was believed to have been headed to the C-Town Supermarket on Maple Street when he left his home around 1 p.m. Torres, who was on foot and does not drive, was last seen near 371 Eagle Avenue.
Police Thursday told mycentraljersey.com they have been actively searching the downtown area and pursuing other possible leads to locate Torres.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Perth Amboy police at 732-324-3800.
