#MISSING: Tylisha Tracy, 22 - East St. Louis, ILLINOIS (her daughter has been found safe)

A 5-year-old East St. Louis girl who was reported missing from the transitional shelter where she and her mother lived has been found, but the mother is still missing.
Tylisha Tracy, 22, and her daughter Roxyana Lutz had not been seen at the Call for Help shelter and Tracy has not reported to her job in Edwardsville since Christmas Eve.
Police said Roxyana is safe with relatives but wouldn't release details about where or how she was found. Tracy has communicated with family members in recent days but she is still classified as missing, police said.
Call for Help staff said Tracy and Roxyana have no immediate relatives in the area but that Tracy is from Jacksonville. A representative of the Jacksonville Police Department could not be reached for comment.
