Police are asking the public's help in finding a woman missing from the South Shore neighborhood since Tuesday.
Levonne Brown, 26, was last seen near the 7400 block of South Yates, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Brown is described as a 5-foot-5, 181-pound black woman with brown eyes, dark brown hair and a medium complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a black hooded coat with fur around the hood, a white shirt, red jogging pants and gray, lime and black Nike boots.
She has been known to frequent the 7500 block of South Yates, the 7500 block of South Exchange and Commercial between the 8000 and 8600 blocks, police said.
Anyone with information about her is asked to contact Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
